Off To The Races!

Massimo informed me that help is on the way! Next week, a container is departing Sicily heading to us with some excellent goodies!

Did you know that pistachios are harvested every 2 years? Yup. The harvest was just completed in December,and they are now on the way!

Plus, we have a whole bunch of almond nut cream, hazelnut nut creams and espresso nut creams on board too!

Next, we have a brand new product from the hills of central Sicily headed our way!

We found this small producer who hand makes the most yummy pasta ever! This special product is made with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach,or hot and spicy stuff.

We put these marvelous product is nifty Villa Sant Aflio bags and will introduce them to America in four weeks when they hit port!
